Eco Warriors Australia is excited to announce that, in partnership with Ecology and Restoration Australia, we have received a grant for the Planting the Seed program from Junior Landcare.
ERA will help to revegetate an area of damaged coastal vegetation along Mentone foreshore. We will work with students from Kilbreda College, Mentone to teach students how to collect native plant cuttings/seeds, propagate and care for seedlings, use native plants to revegetate sites and maintain their site post-revegetation. Students will use simple data collection tools to monitor revegetation success.
